All of you who knew him I'm sure always had mixed feeling about him but felt something none the less. We have all experienced his irritating jumping that always hurt more because of his insanely long nails and some of you were even the victims of random ear piercing with his not so gentle nibbling. His smile will be missed when he's happy to see you and trying to play keep away when you're |

wearing black will no longer have to be done. He was a strong guy right to the end...not showing any pain or weakness if he could help it. He was the dog behind the dream that is now his legacy with the success of The Spotted Spa Retreat. It is hard to only have two dogs greeting me in the morning and having only two bowls to fill up at meal time but the memories will stay forever. I look forward to meeting up with you at the Rainbow Bridge in another 50 years.....I hope you're waiting! |

Goodbye my monkey man…..Momma loves you always and forever. You were my loyalist companion. Go find your brother, Bacardi, over the Rainbow Bridge….try not to annoy him too much. I will miss you for the rest of my days. |

You will always be my “Little Lady” the reverse psychology of that statement never worked on you. You were my first challenging dog. You taught me patience and understanding with your bad attitude towards other dogs and your nervousness towards people. I used to joke that you would live forever so that I could never add to our pack but with age came gentleness and in your final years you become fantastic with not only dogs but with the cat, horses, donkeys and goats….I wonder what you would think of the pigs. |

To our beloved friends, |

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. |

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. |

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. |

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... |
